View the sea from the front gate upon entrance and parking available directly outside the front gate. Visible from the front gate are two bus stops, train station and Peter Thompson sports Hall with tennis courts and bowling green and children's play park, along with dog walk.

Friendly neighbourhood on a quiet road in a busy village with easy access to the beach and back onto the main road to Coleraine or to L'Derry. Train station also close by with post box and bus stop outside the apartment. Great coffee shops, gift shop, chocolate shop and bar/restaurant.
