Gorgeous 2-bedroom apartment with underground parking located in the beautiful Stockbridge area. The apartment is on the exclusive St Stephen Street which is full of independent boutiques, cozy restaurants and bars. Suitable for a small group of friends, a small family or 1 to 2 couples. Also suitable for business travellers in need of a quiet yet close to EICC property. The space The apartment is a well furnished, comfortable & relaxing space. It is comprised of two bedrooms each with hotel-quality linens. The master bedroom features a large comfy bed to sink into and an en-suite with shower as well as a TV with Freeview and Netflix. The second bedroom, on the other hand, features two single beds, and entrance out onto a small decked area with table. There is also a fully equipped kitchen including a washer as well as a living room with second TV which like the one in the master bedroom has access to Freeview and Netflix. There is also a main bathroom which you can take advantage of. Guest access You will have access to the whole apartment including free Wifi. ∗Please be aware that the lift is currently out of order. The flat is lower ground floor, it is a two bedroom apartment, brilliantly located at the top end of Stockbridge, within a 10 mins walk of George Street and Edinburgh's city centre. Stockbridge enjoys the best of Edinburgh's bars and restaurants, it has a friendly village vibe despite being a stones throw from Edinburgh's main central attractions. The stunning Botanical Gardens and Inverleith Park are all very close by. Getting around Due to the central location of the apartment you can reach various areas and landmarks both on foot as well as through other means. For instance, you can reach the EICC or the Water of Leith Walkway in half an hour or less. There are also several buses which can take you to different locations in 10 to 15 minutes. You can also use the various trams which stop at the local station which is 15 minutes away from the flat.
