Welcome to our Hot Tub & Dog-Friendly Retreat in Newcastle upon Tyne, perfect for families, friends, and pets! This cosy house accommodates up to 8 guests and features a private 6-seater hot tub in a spacious garden with a fire pit and outdoor seating, ideal for relaxing evenings. Located just steps from a local pub and 100 yards from public transport, you’ll enjoy easy access to Newcastle’s city centre and stunning coastline. Inside, you’ll find 4 comfortable bedrooms, including a king-size en-suite downstairs and 3 additional bedrooms upstairs. All rooms come with smart TVs, including Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+. The bright living space offers plush sofas, a smart TV, board games, and a selection of books for relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen includes an air fryer, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, and dishwasher, making meal prep easy. Two modern bathrooms (one on each floor) and laundry facilities, including a washer and dryer, ensure comfort for your stay. Outside, the private garden is a peaceful retreat with a luxurious hot tub and fire pit, perfect for unwinding after exploring. BBQ rental is available upon request, and free parking for 2 cars is provided on the drive. We welcome up to 3 pets, and a travel cot is available for families (no high chair). The house is located near Jesmond Dene Park, offering access to scenic walks and parks, and is a short trip to Northumberland’s beaches and National Parks. Free super-fast Wi-Fi and easy contactless check-in make your stay seamless. Check-in is from 3:30 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM, with early or late check-ins available on request. Smoking is prohibited indoors, and hot tub use is restricted after 10:00 PM on weekdays and 11:00 PM on weekends due to local noise rules.
