A beautiful old railway cottage, set in secluded woodland, yet with easy access to Christchurch and Bournemouth. Fern Cottage is a unique property situated in the heart of St Catherine's Hill Nature Reserve, a stunning area of heathland and forest, offering opportunities for walking, cycling and nature spotting. A lovely old railway cottage, which dates back to 1925, is full of character and period features. The living room has a beautiful log burner, which also heats the adjoining entrance hall, and ample comfortable seating. A 42 inch wall-mounted television and patio doors that lead to the garden. A large country kitchen including a round table seating six and separate outside access door. Downstairs bathroom (shower over bath, sink and toilet). Stairs to three bedrooms all with lovely views over the adjoining fields and all with wall mounted flat screen televisions. Master bedroom (kingsize double) has access to a balcony area with seating for two and lovely countryside views. Two further double bedrooms. Family bathroom including feature roll-top bath, walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
