The Fairfax is situated at the town end of Drummond road ,so it is only a five minute walk to both the town center and to the sea front .Drummond road can be fairly busy during the day but most of the time the evenings are fairly quiet, but on occasion you can get the odd happy person go by having a good sing-song .There are many restaurants and pubs close to the Fairfax which are also in walking or staggering distance. if you have children there are plenty of things to keep them occupied not only miles of golden sand but a fun fair ,swimming baths,plenty of ammusments, a new out door fun area with huge bouncy castles and giant rubber balls to bounce around in. we also have nature land where they help poorly seals get better but there are alot more things to see in there, a new aquarium has been opened , and there are many indoor fun areas to get the little ones tierd, i could go on and on but come and see for yourself, Skegness to me is one of the nicest safest seaside places in this part of the world theres no where else i would rather be , my guest house is both my home and a lovely place to stay where most people feel that they are at home (Most)of them not all i agree but i do try my very best to ensure that your stay is the best i can provide.Many thanks for taking time to read this and i hope it answers so questions you may have.
