Quiet residential area, situated on a private drive. The train station is a 20 minute walk away and the main bus route to access all the major town s in North Devon is a 5 minute walk. Barnstaple town centre, with a wealth of bars and restaurants, is a 10 minute walk. For everything else, a car is a must. North Devon is quite spread out and rural.
