Brand New and Perfectly Located Apartments - Immerse yourself in the perfect urban retreat! These recently renovated and stylishly furnished apartments are exceptionally modern in their design and layout. We are in one of Enniskillen’s prime locations and can accommodate a total of ten guests across the three apartments. Centrally located in the heart of the bustling town of Enniskillen our apartments are immaculately finished. Each apartment is sound proofed offering a peaceful environment in which to relax, step outside your door and everything you need is within a very short walking distance. Featuring high ceilings, white washed flooring the apartments are characterised by simplicity, functionality and minimalism. Brimming with modern features including wifi, a fully fitted kitchen, 42” Smart TVs and much more. Our goal is to provide the finest self catering experience that our guests will cherish and remember for many years to come.

Just a one minute walk from Lough Erne and right in the heart of Enniskillen’s shops, bars and restaurants, the location of these apartments means that everything is literally on your doorstep. If you are travelling by bus our apartments are located a short 8-10 minute walk from the bus station. If you are travelling by car there is no parking at the apartments. You can park on the street for up to one hour, this will accommodate check in and bag drop. 24 hour parking is located within 100 metres. Shore Road West and Shore Road East being the closest public parking operate a pay and display system, it costs up to four pounds per day depending on the parking space used and the day of the week. There is free parking at The Broadmeadow and The Lakeland Forum Leisure Complex, these car parks are close to the bus station and it will take less than 10 minutes to walk back to the apartment. The free parking can be very busy as it is generally used by people who work in town, if you can’t find a space we advise to return after 5.30 pm when spaces will be in abundance. You can park on the street outside the apartments for free between the hours of 18:00 and 08:00 and on Sundays.
