Located just of Leith Walk, I offer a clean and peaceful room with a queen sized bed and garden views, minutes from excellent shops, restaurants, pubs ad the airport tram. Note this is a homestay, not a hotel or guesthouse. Also walking distance to Waverley Station, Calton Hill, and downtown attractions, Leith shore, and many parks and interesting streets. The neighbourhood is quiet and there are several nice parks close by. Since I live on a culture-de-sac, there are children playing on the street, cats roaming about, and it is very peaceful. It is hard to imagine it is a 6-7 minute walking to the bustling Leith Walk, and 20 minutes to Waverley Train Station and Princes Street!
