Peaceful private bedroom in quiet cul-de-sac, in a centrally located house. Located just of Leith Walk, I offer a clean and peaceful room with a queen sized bed and garden views, minutes from excellent shops, restaurants, pubs ad the airport tram. Note this is a homestay, not a hotel or guesthouse. Also walking distance to Waverley Station, Calton Hill, and downtown attractions, Leith shore, and many parks and interesting streets. I am new to Booking com but was previously short-letting for homestays through another company for nearly 2 years. My customer rating on that site is 4.97/5.

The neighbourhood is quiet and there are several nice parks close by. Since I live on a culture-de-sac, there are children playing on the street, cats roaming about, and it is very peaceful. It is hard to imagine it is a 6-7 minute walking to the bustling Leith Walk, and 20 minutes to Waverley Train Station and Princes Street!
