Newly refurbished to a very high standard this bright & beautiful apartment boasts a cosy rear, south facing double bedroom with large fitted wardrobes and smart tv. It features a spacious open planned living room/kitchen/dining area with a 50 inch smart tv, free WiFi, Alexa, Aircon and air source heating along with a wood burning stove. The newly fitted kitchen is complete with integrated appliances and the breakfast bar seats 2 and also doubles up as a workstation if required (sockets and charging points close to hand).The shower room offers a walk-in shower, wc & wash hand basin with storage.
We are a local family business in property rental and staycations and have been running for nearly 30 years. Attention to detail and customer care are really important to us and our aim is to offer you accommodation that makes your holiday experience a special one. The Deeside Snugs are our most recent projects and in total we have now 4 holiday homes. We are extremely proud of how they have developed since lockdown and are delighted that we are able to open our diaries and take bookings again. The Deeside Snug is surrounded by beautiful countryside and many neighbouring villages which provides the perfect opportunity to explore. There are plenty of outdoor activities to choose from, an abundance of hills to climb, relaxing walks along the river, nearby forests and lochs and lots of quaint cafes, rustic pubs and relaxing restaurants. There are selection of shops on the main street of Kincardine O’Neil along with a direct bus route to a number of neighbouring villages. Kincardine O’Neil is the oldest village of the Royal Deeside but don’t underestimate this quaint wee village. Available on the Main Street there are several shops: The Village Shop: Convenience Store (including Post Office) serving hot and cold food. Arra Textiles: Weaving Art Studio offering unique knitwear. Treasures: An array of rocks and gemstones. Love Laura Lane: Cake heaven including coffee, waffles and ice cream. The Golden House: Chinese Takeaway Mane Attraction: Hairdressers Old Smiddy: Pop Up Shop Relax & Enjoy!
