For those travelling to and from Edinburgh Airport, our airport transfer service must be pre-booked and is only available Monday to Friday, from 06:00 to 22:00, and is subject to availability.
Please contact us directly by email at reservations@EDB.dakotahotels.co.uk to check availability and book your transfer in advance.
We recommend booking as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Please note our pre-bookable airport transfer service will not be available on the following dates each year: 25 and 26 December and 1 January.
Guests are required to show a debit or credit card upon check-in. This will be pre-authorised for the total amount of the stay plus an extra GBP 50 per room per night to cover for any extras. Payment by cash is only accepted at check-out after the check-in card pre-authorisation.
For those travelling to and from Edinburgh Airport, enjoy our complimentary shuttle, running Monday to Friday, from 06:00 to 22:30.
