We are interested in different cultures, people, dress, music, and the scenery of the relevant country. Travel broadens the mind for sure ! We have been lucky to have had the opportunity to travel to many amazing places like Borneo, idyllic islands in the Pacific, game reserves in Africa, and trekking in the Himalayas. Take a stroll around nearby Crystal Palace 200 acre park - with a maze, animal farm, the Victorian full-size dinosaur sculptures created in 1854 for the Great Exhibition + the Crystal Palace National Sports Centre with Olympic size swimming pool, squash & tennis courts, and other amenities. Enjoy the Crystal Palace triangle (consisting of 3 main streets), with its Saturday outdoor food market and the adjacent Haynes Lane indoor collectibles market. (There is also easy access from Crystal Palace to other interesting London markets - e.g. Bermondsey Market, Borough Market, Brixton Market, Columbia Road Flower Market, and Spitalfields Market.)
