Each of the converted stone barns feature free WiFi, and individual designs and furnishings. An LCD TV and iPod docking station are also provided. Our stone holiday cottages have been renovated to the highest standards, offering a range of quiet and comfortable accommodation to suit all requirements. Choose from a range of family rooms you can stay in all together to smaller rustic rooms for solo travellers. Relax and enjoy our holiday cottages near Lyme Regis in peaceful comfort. Hills Farm Stays has an on-site spa offering treatments including Crystal Clear and Elemis. Guests booking our 16 sleeper barns (Wagon Shed or Milking Parlour) are required to pay a 20% non refundable deposit upon booking.

Guests booking 4 or more rooms are also required to pay a 20% deposit, refundable up to 90 days before date of arrival.

All-male groups above 6 will not be accepted without prior arrangement.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse entry to the accommodation if above criteria has not been adhered too.
