Comfortably furnished stand alone cottage with enclosed garden & private parking in Perthshire. Surrounded by a field giving a rural feel but within 300yds of the village of Scone (with restaurants and amenities) and 1.5miles to Perth. Nearby - Murrayshall House Hotel & Golf Course and Scone Palace & Racecourse within 2 miles. Extensive cycling and golf options in area. St Andrews 40mins, Edinburgh and Glasgow 1 hour approx. Public transport links. Cycle/golf club storage available on request.

The cottage is in an enviable position of being rural with public transport or walkable access to Scone and Perth close by. This is an area that provides access to many picturesque areas of Scotland including being the ‘gateway to the Highlands’ it also is well positioned for visiting St Andrews and wider Fife area, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Inverness and Aberdeen. Public transport links available to all. Private parking available on property for up to 3 cars.
