Bedroom Two contains a really comfortable king-size divan bed with four drawers, wardrobe rail & privacy screen, bedside cabinets with bedside lights, full-length mirror & USB charging points for your devices. A really quiet room with views over the back garden and houses beyond. Bedroom Three is a flexible sleeping/office space as required by guests, with a single folding bed for children or extra guests, storage cupboards, mirror, bedside table & light, wardrobe rail with hangers and white wooden shutters for extra privacy. Please note that the bed is low as it is a zed bed - we opted for this to keep the space flexible. When used as an office, this room is perfect for remote working with a desk & chair, great WiFi, monitor & hdmi cable for those who require a second screen, USB charging points and plenty of sockets. The modern, fully-tiled bathroom comes with rainfall shower, bath, heated towel rail & shaver charging point. Plenty of storage in the vanity unit, medicine cabinet and cupboard above the bath.

The house is located on a tree-lined avenue in the quiet, popular residential area of Moordown, Bournemouth which is a pleasant and safe neighbourhood with lots of green space nearby. There are also several local shops, a pub and other amenities a short walk away as are the many restaurants in multicultural Charminster (Korean, Japanese, Iranian, Italian, Turkish, etc.). 5 min walk to the local pub and some great walks nearby. A short drive from Bournemouth's blue flag beaches & seven miles of golden sand. With the New Forest, Poole and Sandbanks and many other attractions close by. Castlepoint Shopping Centre and major supermarkets are a 5-minute drive away, as is Chaseside & Royal Bournemouth Hospital. Bournemouth University and Arts University Bournemouth are a 10-minute drive away. Good travel links to further afield (A31/A35/M27) and the railway station is a short drive/bus ride away. If you’d prefer not to use the car, we have several bus routes a five-minute walk from the house which will take you to many places, including the beach, town centre, Poole Quay and Sandbanks We are a 5-minute walk from the nearest bus stops to Bournemouth Town Centre, Poole Town Centre & Quay and other destinations. We are 20-25 minutes from the BIC & Bournemouth Pavilion by bus and a short drive or 15-minute bus ride from the University campuses & accommodation.
