It is close to local amenities such as supermarkets and gyms which make it Perfect for contractors and professionals choosing to stay for longer periods. The small distance it is outside the city centre ensure that guests can enjoy peace and quiet whilst still being centrally located.

Cosy and homely this Flat located just outside the centre of Sunderland and within walking distance to the royal hospital is a great getaway for anyone wanting to be close to all local amenities but far enough away from the centre to enjoy that bit more peace and quiet. The flat boasts a downstairs and upstairs with the downstairs having a freshly refurbished kitchen with all of the necessary equipment for our guests such as an oven & hob, washing machine, fridge and even a coffee machine! The upstairs has 2 bedrooms the biggest room has one normal double bed with a chest of draws and wardrobe for the guests to store any goods. The smaller room out of the two has a small double bed easily big enough for two people with a clothes rail and a desk and chair for guests wanting to use a laptop or do some work. The living room is also located on this floor where you will find the stylish sofa bed also sleeping 2 guests along with the television and dining table appropriate for 4 people to eat at a time.
