Welcome. Conifers offers 3 modern, stylish en-suite bedrooms catering for adults only, on a 'Room Only' basis. All 3 guest rooms are situated on the ground floor of our recently modernised Eco home which is set back from Lyme Regis town centre with stunning sea views and to the countryside beyond. There is a guest lounge with comfy settees, table and chairs, and a small, communal guest fridge to chill your drinks. You will find the usual hot drinks tray and kettle in your room. Outside, you will find a large patio/terrace with garden furniture for your use, where you can enjoy the lovely views down to the sea, and over the surrounding countryside. Easy access to the coast path and cliff walks that make up part of the Jurassic Coast, and within minutes from Lyme Regis Golf Club. Located in a quiet close, just a 15 minutes’ walk down to the sea and town. Conifers has undergone a major renovation and Eco project 2 years ago, and with the installation of Air Source Heat Pumps and Solar Panels has achieved the highest grade of 'A' for energy performance. This is 'Room Only' accommodation, and unfortunately we are unable to offer kitchen facilities for guest use such as a microwave or toaster or coffee machine. For guests looking for self-catering accommodation we also offer a detached one bedroomed coach house, 'Upper Deck' here at Conifers, on another booking site. I have spent my working life in travel, tourism and hospitality, and have been welcoming guests into our various homes for over 25 years which, with my husband Mike, we thoroughly enjoy - meeting visitors, and helping them get the most out of their time here in and around Lyme Regis, our lovely home town. Conifers is situated at the end of a small close with far reaching views down to The Cobb harbour of Lyme Regis, and also offers inland countryside views. Excellent walking is literally right on the doorstep, and the unspoilt Dorset and East Devon coastline is easily accessible. The ‘World Heritage Centre’ with information on fossils, fossil hunting and the local coastal and marine wildlife is located in Charmouth, just 2 miles from Conifers.
