Cosy 1BDR Apartment in the heart of West Didsbury! A tucked away, newly refurbished complex with FREE parking! The apartment benefits from easy ground floor access, large bay windows; allowing ample sunlight and comes with a fully equipped kitchen. For larger groups we have a comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge which is easy to use. All local amenities are only a stone’s throw away – don't feel like cooking, fancy a night out or a takeaway? Burton Road is the place to go, famous for their selection of trendy bars, eateries, and independent shops. Relax in front of the 55” HD Smart TV and catch up on your favourite shows or browse through the endless selection of movies on Netflix. Stay in Manchester's hippest suburb and explore our little community! HOUSE RULES: No parties or gatherings, No illegal substances, Quiet hours (11pm-7am), No more than 4 guests, NO additional guests to be at property apart from those booked for. PARKING: Park in the allocated spaces which are directly behind the building. We are not responsible for penalty notice/fines. *Please see image of parking area* LAUNDRY: There are washing machines located in the building. Details of how to access will be provided. Please make us aware if you would require laundry service through the duration of your stay 48 hours prior to check-in. *Laundry service is chargeable and may not be available on short notice/last minute bookings.* SECURITY DEPOSIT: Security deposit is required prior to check-in. This is solely to ensure a smooth and hassle free experience for the host and the guest. If not provided, we will not be able to accommodate you. Deposits are only held for the duration of the stay and refunded within 3-5 working days. *Signing of rental agreement and ID verification is required as part of pre-arrival requirements.* Replacement cost for lost keys; Loss of deposit or more. We are well connected to the M56 and M60 motorways if you are driving and only a 15 minute taxi from both Manchester Airport and Manchester Piccadilly Station.
