The property has two double bedrooms, one small bedroom a bathroom, sitting room and kitchen. All three bedrooms have triple glazed windows. There is one double bed in one room and two single beds in the other double room while the small bedroom has a single bed. It is a very comfortable place to stay. You will be able to rest and relax here. The bedrooms have double beds and spaces to hang your clothes. We've gone for simplicity and lack of clutter. The bathroom has a bath with shower. The downstairs sitting room has a sofa for lounging and putting your feet up. There is a small desk for planning your time. There is a flat screen TV. The kitchen is a large space to share dinner and breakfast time. Tea and coffee are provided. There is off street private parking for two vehicles. standad sized transit type vans can be parked out of sight from the main road for added security. See pictures

We love Sheffield and live in the area. We enjoy the outdoor space in particular. Walking up to Wincobank Hill Fort for the view or cycling on the local part of the National Cycle Network. We are glad to have the opportunity to share this with our guests.

Stay here, and you'll be close to the M1, Meadowhall shopping centre (short walk) and transport interchange (train or tram into Sheffield), Valley Centertainment, the Arena, Ice Sheffield and English Institute of Sport. You'll be close to entertainment, great shopping and also open spaces in the outdoor city. The Concord leisure centre is a five minute drive away.
