Barbara and Martyn acquired the property in February 2015 and with a past track record of over twenty five years running guest accommodation in North Kyme, could not resist the opportunity to expand into this delightful village. The Claremont is still a family run business. We are a small team who deliver on quality and enthusiasm.

Welcome to our beautiful refurbished Victorian Guest House based in the heart of Woodhall Spa. The Claremont used to be the Old Station Masters House when Woodhall Spa had its own railway station. The Claremont comprises of 10 ensuite rooms which are spread over 3 floors. There is no lift available at The Claremont.

The Claremont is located in the centre of the beautiful and scenic village, Woodhall Spa. Woodhall Spa is noted for its wonderful cinema, Kinema in the Woods, and its Second World War association with the RAF 617 Squadron. The Claremont offers a complimentary English breakfast, free Wi-Fi and all the rooms are en-suite. There are 2 electrical charging points for guests to use (a fee is required) and there is the use of a private garden to enjoy. Claremont guests have full use of the beautiful garden at the rear of the property as well as benefiting from free parking which is onsite for all our guests. Woodhall Spa is 4 miles from Coningsby which features the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, Typhoons and is stooped in aviation history with a fantastic BBMF Museum. Lincoln is only 16 miles which houses the stunning Lincoln Cathedral and Lincoln Castle which has just undergone a renovation. The seaside town of Skegness is only 30 miles away to be able to enjoy a walk on the beach and fish and chips.
