Blairgowrie is a growing town with a rich history and is a fantastic base for those looking to explore Perthshire and Scotland. It's location is fantastic, nestled between the cities of Perth and Dundee, and nearby to Glenshee Ski Centre and the Cairngorm Mountains. It's renowned to outdoorsy folk, with its various walking, hiking, cycling and fishing spots dotted all around the town. You'll have plenty of options for food in Blairgowrie, with The Dalmore Restaurant, Little's and the Fair O' Blair all just a stonesthrow away. There's plenty of boutique stores to shop for books, gifts and more, as well as a Sainsburys just a two minute walk away from the property. Walking up the hill from the property will take you past the Legion bar and up towards Knockie Hill, a famed walk amongst the locals that takes you up over the town and along the banks of the River Ericht.
