About this Space: - Centrally located just outside the city walls - 2 bedroom property, with the option to sleep 6 on a sofa bed - Brand new kitchen, with modern appliances - Luxurious living with SKY TV, Netflix, + WIFI included - Spacious dining room, table to seat 6 - Gorgeous new bathroom recently installed - Free parking available The space Located just outside the city walls, in the heart of Chester. Just a 5-minute walk from the shops, restaurants, racecourse, and river. This stunning Victorian terrace is nestled away in a quiet spot, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The whole property has been recently refurbished, to bring a sense of luxury and coziness for your stay – and is a real ‘home from home’. The house sleeps 6 should you require it. With two generous sized bedrooms – and the option of a double sofa bed available should you wish to extend your party to 6 people. Downstairs is an open plan living/dining area complete with plenty of comfy seats, should you want a quiet night in watching TV (SKY, Netflix + WIFI included) or entertain with a few drinks prior to a night in the city, or a day at the races.
We have lived in Chester for many years after first studying in the city for university. If you need any recommendations on where to eat or drink, please do not hesitate to get in touch – we are more than happy to help.
The property is also conveniently located with a 5 minute walk into the city center and a 7 minute walk to the racecourse. The property is a short drive away from Chester Zoo, The Cheshire Ice Cream Farm, and Cheshire Oaks Outlet. The train station is around a 5-minute drive away/25-minute walk. We also have a lovely café based on our street, which does the best coffee, pastries, + brunch.
