There are no reception staff. Please provide a mobile phone number when booking, as an entry code will be sent by text on the day of arrival. If you do not have a mobile phone, please contact Central Studios after booking.

Please note that the WiFi connection can be intermittent. Kindly note that in the event of a 'Call Out' for a staff member in a non-emergency, a fee of GBP 35 will apply.

Please note that in the event of a lost key an additional deposit of GBP 25 for a spare key will be required and is fully refundable on the return of all keys.
