We are a peaceful B&B in the vibrant village of Kibworth. We have done everything we can to make your stay as comfortable as possible with luxury linen and toiletries and the best of locally sourced food. All 3 of our rooms are located on the ground floor, 2 of which have their own entrance so it's easy for you to come and go as you please. They all have modern, immaculate en-suite bathrooms and we pride ourselves on cooking lovely homemade treats for your stay. We have a lovely outlook over the rolling countryside which is particularly lovely in the spring when we have the lambs peeping through our fence.
My husband, Dave and I love having guests to stay. My background years ago was in hospitality and we feel so lucky to work in an industry surrounded by people on holiday or relaxing after a hard day at work. We bought the property as a run down bungalow and re-built it to accommodate the B&B we have today. We're very proud of what we have achieved. We go over and above for our guests and know you'll have a fabulous stay with us. We're looking forward to welcoming you!
Kibworth is a brilliant place for a short break. The village is vibrant! We have fantastic pubs and cafes, 2 award winning restaurants (one of which is two minutes walk up the road) an antiques centre and numerous independent shops. The village is also steeped in history and was in fact the subject of Michael Wood' "Story of England" series on BBC1. Being right in the middle of the country makes us a very accessible location. In the wider area there are Foxton Locks 3 miles away, Market Harborough 5 miles away and Leicester 8 miles away with the Richard III Centre and National Space Centre. We're also in easy reach of Rutland Water, Stamford and Nottingham, in fact London is only an hour and a half by train.
