Welcome to our very comfortable & spacious 2 bedroom caravan. It has 2 double bedrooms (master en-suite), with a sofa bed in the lounge. It has an entrance hallway, separate bathroom with double shower, well equipped kitchen, with large fridge freezer, oven, air fryer, kettle, toaster, microwave oven. The large lounge area has ample comfortable seating & a dining table with 4 chairs, also patio doors leading out onto an East facing decking area. Perfect for catching the morning sunshine & perhaps eating breakfast alfresco. There is also a small enclosed garden area & parking for 2 cars. Guests will enjoy a small welcome pack on arrival, also enough toilet paper to last a few days. I also provide clean bath mats, a tea towel, kitchen cloths & washing up liquid , & hand-soap at all sinks. Bed linen is provided, also gas & electricity. Please bring own towels. We haveCentral heating & gas fire. The swimming pool, family clubhouse & launderette is only a 3minute walk away. There is also a small shop selling essentials in the main on-site office. The heated outdoor swimming pool is open daily 10am - 4pm from May -September, there is also a small toddler pool with slide for under-5’s. The cafe is open daily & offers a large selection of delicious freshly cooked meals & hot drinks. The family clubhouse is open every evening from 7pm, there is a small arcade with pool tables for the children. Also dart boards & adult only pool table in the main bar area. There is cash bingo on every Friday evening with eyes down at 8pm. During peak season there is evening entertainment on a Saturday night. The beach is only a short 10minute walk or you can drive down, by leaving the site & driving towards Mundesley. Mundesley & Overstrand are an enjoyable walk along the beach (please check tide times first!)
