Beautiful cottages set within the grounds of a private estate in the New Forest. Enjoy watching deer, rabbits, birds, and an abundance of other forest wildlife rooming around freely on the grounds. You will also notice that the New Forest ponies, donkeys and pigs are regular visitors. These self-catering cottages are a great base for a fantastic holiday within the New Forest National Park. Comfortable king size beds, white crisp linen, and modern ensuite bathrooms, will have you wake up refreshed every morning. GETAWAY (Sleeps 4): A small kitchenette including a small fridge with a freezer compartment, a 2 burner ceramic hob, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, and some pots, pans, and tools needed for cooking and serving breakfast or simple meals. In front of the kitchenette there is a bar style table and 2 bar stools. (No Lounge.) HOLIDAY HOME (Sleeps 2): Fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine and all the pots, pans, tools and equipment needed for cooking and serving a great meal. A private garden with a relaxing fountain as a centre feature. A laundry room with washer/dryer. 1 well behaved dog allowed/cottage
The New Forest National Park covers a large area and there is a lot to do and to explore. From free roaming ponies, forest walks, cute little villages with thatched roofs, beaches, museums, gardens, historic houses, cosy country pubs, amusement parks, and several golf courses… just to mention some of it. There really is something for everyone. On the estate there is a tennis court which is available to guests on a first come first served basis. There are 2 pubs within walking distance and several pubs and restaurants a short drive away. There is a convenience store a few minutes’ drive away.
