About this place Welcome to Brooklands Guest house. A centrally located 4 bedroom town house. 4 rooms available to book separately with shared facilities, or you can book the entire place sleeping 9. Please note due to this being a 3 story townhouse it is not suitable for young children, or anyone with mobility issues. We also operate a shoe free policy on the 1st and 2nd floors. Slippers/sock provided or feel free to bring your own house shoes. The space Bedroom 1 - King size bed Bedroom 2 - Super King size bed Bedroom 3 - Double and single bed Bedroom 4 - Double bed Shared full bathroom, separate toilet, Kitchen, Sitting room, Pool room, Workspace area. If booking the entire place you will have sole use of the whole property. Guest access all areas During your stay I can be available to offer help throughout your stay and can keep in touch with you via phone. Other things to note This is a town center property located on the main road. Very central. It’s neighbouring properties are a restaurant and an ale house with a small beer garden to the rear, so please expect some evening noise in rooms 1 and 2 on the weekends. Parking is available in the side streets, free, or some side roads with no time limits.
