You are welcome to stay in our three bedroom house located at the heart of West Mersea within a few minutes walking distance to the main attractions, shops and the sea. Bran's Estate comprises a cosy dining room and a generous kitchen on the ground floor, with a table for 6 people, along with a wood stove. The kitchen contains appliances necessary for self catering, a starbucks nespresso coffee machine. and dishwasher. The first floor has three large bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with power shower (no bath). We can comfortably accommodate a group or family of 4 people according to our guests reviews, although we provide sleeping space for 6 persons. All your needs are catered for within a few minutes walk from the property. A local Tesco, deli and local newsagents provide a great variety of food and drink, with Chinese, Indian and traditional fish & chips within easy reach for those less keen to cook at home. The beach is 7 minutes away, with the local boatyards a comfortable walk along the coast road where more restaurants and the Victory Pub can be found. The property has a double garage for parking. Additional cars can park in a public carpark 1 min walk from the house.
