Our self-contained luxury annexe is a fully re-furbished, light, fresh and modern home-from home. The annexe is set in a beautiful village garden, tucked away from the road yet in the heart of this well served Cambridgeshire village. The annexe is equipped to a very high standard and provides everything you need to make your stay extremely comfortable including super-quiet air conditioning and a fully fitted kitchen with microwave and washer/dryer. The annexe has a downstairs kitchen, an upstairs large living area and separate bathroom. High quality towels are provided for your stay. Guests benefit from free wifi and a smart TV. Private parking is available on site. In addition, you have a small patio area with table and chairs overlooking the garden where you can enjoy the full sun for your morning cuppa or sit in a sheltered spot in the evening. Guests will enjoy the super-king-sized Hypnos bed and premium bed linen to offer you a wonderful nights sleep. I have brought my experience of running a holiday let elsewhere to this venture. My hope is that you will really appreciate the level of comfort provided and that staying with us will be a really positive and unique experience.

Now I have transformed our annexe into a really relaxing space with lots of great facilities including a full kitchen with washer/dryer and a microwave, which I really hope will provide you with a great stay experience. Further afield from the village you can visit Cambridge via the guided bus, or Peterborough and London via the mainline train station. Huntingdon to London by train is only 47 minutes! The positioning of our village means you can get to a main road heading north, south, east or west in under two minutes! Luton and Stanstead Airports are less than an hour away. The annexe apartment is safe and secure - feel free to bring your cycles so you can explore the area - they will be safely locked away. I look forward to welcoming you...
Brampton is a thriving village community served by many facilities including supermarkets, two pubs, take-aways, a chemist, gift shops, garden centre, skate park, hairdressers, a village tea room and a renown butchers where they make the famous “Brampton Pie”! The village has an 18 hole golf course (with the hardest par 3 in England!) and Brampton Racecourse – part of the Jockey Club. Brampton is a pleasant walk or a short drive into the market town of Huntingdon where you can find a wider range of shops, pubs and restaurants. We have a lot of historic connections here – including being the home of Samuel Peeps and one of the village pubs is where Oliver Cromwell held his meetings! Within walking distance of the village are numerous sites worth a visit including the Great River Ouse, (Huntingdon has a public slipway so it’s very easy to come and bring your canoes or kayaks. Alternatively you can hire these out locally) Portholme meadow (the largest meadow in the UK) and Brampton Woods. A short drive takes you to Grafham Water where you can hire a bikes to cycle around the reservoir, or you can walk, visit bird-hides, picnic or enjoy watching the sailing from the cafe balcony.
