Brackenfield House is a spacious, recently renovated, semi-detached 3 bedroom property. It has a drive which can park 2 vehicles and has a spacious rear garden with seating. It has a conservatory which adds to the bright and airy atmosphere inside. There is a breakfast kitchen with seating, and includes a washing machine, large fridge freezer, oven / hob, microwave and a dishwasher. The house is set in a quiet residential location with access to shopping centres, petrol stations, pubs, restaurants and motorways within walking distance. There is an upstairs bathroom with a walk-in shower and the house has central heating. There is a smart TV in the living room and additional TVs in the bedrooms. The property can easily and comfortably accommodate 6 people. It is modern, clean and large enough for people to enjoy their own private space or spend time together in the communal areas. The kitchen is fully equipped and free WIFI is included. The house is ideal for accommodating contractors working in the area, small groups or guests visiting the local attractions or attending sporting events or functions. It is also suitable for those travelling to and from Birmingham Airport.

Conveniently, there is a large Asda Supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away from Brackenfield House. There are additional shops and eateries within a 10 minute drive, such as Aldi, Greggs, Iceland, various restaurants, Carveries and Pubs. Just 10 minutes drive away you will find Walsall Rugby and Golf Clubs, and One Stop Shopping Centre and McDonalds in Perry Barr. Birmingham City centre can be easily accessed via the local bus stops, by train or by car. The house is set on a quiet residential street with green spaces and parks nearby.
