  • How does breakfast work?

    Hi There - there is a toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge in the annex. I have been leaving cereal, yogurt, fruit. And toast etc for guests so I could do this. I hope this helps but let me know if you have any more questions. Regards Paula

    Its a laugh! There are regular comedy nights both in Gloucester & Cheltenham that are great fun and Cheltenham is often on the circuit for some of the UK's top comedians .

  • will this apartment need to be shared or will it just be me?

    Hi There - Sorry for the delay. This is separate to the main house where I live and has its own entrance. It can accommodate 3 people (including a sofa bed) but you can book this as a single person. I hope this answers your question. Regards Paula

A comfortable self contained annex with private entrance in the village of Upton-St-Leonards on the outskirts of Gloucester. Inside is an open plan living area and bedroom. There is a double bed that can be separated into two singles and a sofa. There is also a breakfast bar with kitchen facilities comprising of a microwave, a fridge, toaster and kettle. The ensuite / bathroom has a lovely walk in shower Comfy sofa and chair is available for relaxing and taking in the countryside with two sets of patio doors ensure there is lots of light. Outside there is a patio area with great views across open fields.
I love to try and make my guests feel welcome and I am available to provide local insights and information on the area and place to visit (especially for food and drink). It maybe possible to request cooked breakfast and I can sometimes provide lifts or transport in the local area.
Upton-S-Leonards is a lovely semi rural location with country walks available on the door step. Situated only 8 miles from Cheltenham and 4 miles from Gloucester with good transport links in and out of both.
