We provide fresh milk, bread and butter, local honey and home made shortbread. The dining kitchen is well equipped and generously stocked with tea, coffee and basic cooking ingredients; oil, salt, pepper, herbs. Next to the kitchen is a useful Utility Room with access to the rear private Courtyard. The cosy living room is beautifully decorated with original cornicing, ceiling rose, picture rail and stylish green window shutters, found throughout the rest of the property. The fireplace has an electric stove for the colder months, creating a striking focal point. There is a good selection of books and board games in the sideboard and the smart TV has Netflix. Cosy up on the two green velvet sofas, super comfortable and stylish. Upstairs you'll find two pretty bedrooms and a family bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a handsome wooden king size bed, walk in wardrobe, seating area and dressing table. Bedroom 2 has zip and link beds which can be configured as 2 x small singles or 1 x king size bed, dressing table and open wardrobe. Bedlinen is professionally laundered by Shortridge Laundry, Dumfries, and is from their Deluxe range. The family bathroom has a luxurious rainfall shower over a full-sized bath and Victorian-style fittings. Fluffy towels and quality toiletries are provided.
