The gorgeous and spacious house is in an excellent location in Edinburgh's Gilmerton/ Liberton area. The house is equipped with everything you would expect at your own house including a fully equipped kitchen, extra blankets on request, hair dryers, wifi, smart TV and excellent customer service. There are 4 rooms: Room 1: Lovely Double Room in an Elegant Cottage - one double bed Room 2: Spacious Double Room in Elegant Cottage - one king-size bed Room 3: Gorgeous Family Room in Elegant Cottage - one double bed and 2 single beds (one of which is a pullout/ foldout bed) Room 4: Enormous Family Room in Elegant Cottage - 2 kingsize beds Your private room is fully furnished and well-equipped. The room(s) you book is private. All bedding is good quality and all linen is 100% cotton to ensure an excellent sleep. Our cleaning standards are very high and we have our own cleaning company. There are 2 shared bathrooms. One bathroom has a bath, toilet and sink. The other bathroom has a large shower, toilet and sink. All rooms, except for one of the bathrooms and room 4, are located on the ground floor. This includes the shared kitchen and shared large living/ dining room. The location is truly fantastic as there are several shops and restaurants within a 5-minute walk of the property, a large retail park nearby, a bus stop literally across the road with direct routes to the city centre (buses passing approx every 15 minutes) and only a 15-20 minute drive to Edinburgh's Royal Mile. We provide a lot of amenities (soap, bin bags, shower gel, hot drink facilities etc.). There is ample parking for 2 large cars but can easily fit more if you have a more standard-size car. Please note a security deposit registration will need to be completed prior to arrival in order to receive the codes for check-in , no money is actually charged but there is a pre-authorization of 1euro.
