This beautifully presented 2 bedroom holiday home is located in the heart of the town of Callander. The cottage is accessed through a private front door with key safe entry, private parking and locked shed for bicycles and other equipment. The front entrance leads into a comfortable modern open plan kitchen and lounge area. To the left is a sitting space with a fuel burner and TV. To the right is a fully equipped dining kitchen with everything you require for a comfortable stay. Double doors lead onto a sitting area overlooking a large garden with stunning mountain views. There is a utility room with washing machine, dryer and microwave. Up the staircase you will find two nicely presented bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom with television, the second bedroom comprises two single beds Both have double wardrobes with ample storage space. A beautifully finished bathroom completes this cozy holiday home. Towels and bed linen are provided as well as hand wash, toilet roll, kitchen roll, tea towel, dish cloths and washing up liquid.

Located in the centre of the town of Callander. Set in the Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park with Ben Ledi Mountain as its backdrop. Walking distance to all amenities, shops, restaurants and beauty spots such as Bracklin Falls & Loch Venachar. Surrounded by mountains and lochs there are lots of activities on the doorstep including access to walking, cycling and trekking paths and kayaking and canoeing on the rivers and lochs. The choice is endless.
