The wide hallway is flanked by an elegant formal dining room to the left and comfortable and spacious sitting room to the right, both benefitting from original parquet flooring and feature fireplaces. To the rear sits the open plan kitchen diner, featuring a farmhouse style kitchen with a dining nook and breakfast bar and access to a further utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, must haves on a beach holiday! Adjacent to the kitchen is a large storage room with WC which has with external access, a superb spot for hiding away the bikes and boards. The first floor is home to three spacious and light filled bedrooms, two large bedrooms to the front of the house both enjoy en-suite shower rooms and then a further twin room which has use of the large family bathroom. The whole house has a generous and welcoming feel, perfect for those relaxed family getaways. Bro-Tref House has a lovely patio area to the front, and a beautiful, raised garden with pond and lawn. A lovely spot to chase the sun, the mature shrubs and decadent planting give the garden a feeling of seclusion and privacy, whilst still enjoying gorgeous views across the Lanherne Vale. There is parking for one car directly outside the house, and a further car can be parked alongside the wall if needed.
