Hi, we're David & Tia and we're offering our stunning traditional apartment in Ayr! We spent many happy years living in Inverdon and we still absolutely love the building, the grounds, the apartment and the location...... but we have an Old English Sheepdog (Parsley) and he's getting on a bit now so finds the stairs a bit too much. We didn't want to sell the apartment so we got rid of Parsley. Kidding! We moved for the wee fella and he's got his own garden now so we thought we'd let others enjoy all that Inverdon has to offer. Our neighbours are lovely, friendly people and we have an agreement with them to not host our apartment for parties, stag/hen do's, under 25's etc, please remember our free cancellation policy if this makes you change your mind and thank you for your understanding! 😀 Please note that, to comply with our insurance policy, I'm afraid we need to request a security deposit in advance. We always return our guests' deposits within 24 hours and are happy to report that we have always returned the full deposit to all of our guests, please check our reviews.

Our apartment is a lovely, quiet, family friendly oasis of calm situated in a peaceful & relaxing location close to Ayr Beach! (Sorry, but we're not the place to stay if you're looking to have parties, loud music etc!). Add to that the stunning surrounding Ayrshire countryside, Prestwick International Airport on your doorstep and internationally renowned golf courses at Prestwick, Troon & Turnberry and it really is a lovely place to be!
