Pets welcome but please contact us before booking. The Grade II listed house was built in the mid 1700's and has recently undergone an extensive renovation, completing in December 2023. The exposed stone wall in the kitchen and hall are part of an old Roman building, believed to be the Forum, inside Lindum Colonia, dating back to the 3rd century. The house is set across three storeys and due to the listing restrictions, it isn't suitable for people that have mobility issues. The lounge, dining room, kitchen and toilet are on the ground floor. Three bedrooms and main bathroom on the first floor with the master bedroom and en-suite on the second floor. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk will be provided for your stay along with a range of cleaning items. The living area has Sky TV and the property has super fast wi-fi. In all bedrooms except one, there are smart TV's. You can park for up to 1 hour at the front of the property between the hours of 8am - 6pm Monday to Saturday.
