April cottage was built in 2003 is in an enviable location situated right in the centre of town yet tucked away in a peaceful area. The great benefit of April cottage is being in the centre yet having a lovely large enclosed secure patio/garden to enjoy and it’s own free private parking space right outside the front door, so no driving around town trying to fined a parking space. If you prefer to arrive by other transport, Sandown train station which is directly linked to Wightlink ferry terminal at Ryde for foot passenger travel direct from Portsmouth Harbour train station. The bus stops, are just a short walk away from the property, as are the High street, beach and local leisure centre the Heights with it’s indoor swimming pools, gym, sauna and Jacuzzis, so a car is not necessary. April cottage is cosy and well maintained comprising of a bright kitchen/dining area with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, kettle, toaster, central heating boiler and is fully equipped for your cooking and dining needs. The kitchen/diner leads out to the patio/garden with a Coals barbecue for your own use, a dining table with chairs and as the area is a sun trap 2 sun lounges and handy drinks table. It’s a nice Al Fresco dining space and chill out area getting the sun most of the day. There is also a handy Downstairs WC. A Lounge with seating for 4 and TV with freeview, stairs lead to the first floor. Comprising ofk1 spacious bedroom with king size bed and bedroom 2 has 2 full size single beds. A compact bathroom with a wash basin, bath with shower over and a WC. All bedding and towels are provided (except beach towels). A key safe is provided for your own self check in and if any assistance during your stay is required there is always friendly help available with just 1 phone call.
