Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Back garden with garden furniture. Private parking for 1 car; additional public car park, 50 yards away. No smoking. Please note: Holidaymakers only. No children under 10 years old. . Anne&rsquo;s Cottage is a modern and light 3-bedroom cottage located in the picturesque town of New Mills, High Peak. This charming property is set over three levels and can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. With its stylish decor, comfortable furnishings and excellent amenities, it is the perfect home from home. On the ground floor, you will be welcomed into the dining room which offers ample space should you wish to relax with a book or play board games with friends and family. You&rsquo;ll also find a well-equipped kitchen with all the modern appliances you need to whip up some delicious meals during your stay. On the lower ground floor is the spacious sitting room with Smart TV and ample comfortable seating. A piano is available for guests with a musical interest, as well as a single sofa bed which can also be used as a nice place to relax. The lower ground floor also has a shower room and is entrance to the rear garden with a small outdoor space to enjoy the views.
