This contemporary home has beautifully finished living spaces that make the most of the beautiful setting. Andas is newly built with brand new furnishings. It is a reverse level house to take advantage of the sea views and sunsets to instagram every night. This stylish abode comes complete with a fully enclosed garden, outdoor dining, secure lockable shed for all your bikes, surfboards, golf clubs, etc and private parking with access to EV charge point. Open plan living room, dining & kitchen - Sit back and enjoy the glistening sea views, amazing sunsets and the local cricket games. This spacious reverse level open-plan living offers ample kitchen / living space with dining area and commands a superb view over the cricket ground and onto sea views with Lundy Island in the distance. Andas occupies a rare position overlooking the local cricket ground and onwards sea vista towards Lundy Island. Footsteps to the beach and 2 mins to the village restaurants, bars cafes & shops. Westward Ho! beach has 2.5kms of golden sands and tranquil waters, it’s one of few beaches in the South West to be awarded Blue Flag status with RNLI beach lifeguards, it joins 400 acres of UNESCO Nature Reserve perfect for families, walkers, dogs lovers, birdwatchers and golfers. You couldn't wish for a better base from which to make the most of your time beside the sea, with the beach being so long even in peak season the beach is never crowded. Just at the end of the road (100m) is the entrance to the beach and nature reserve, also located here is the Surf School, Wetsuit and Board Hire, next door to that is the delicious wood Fired Pizzas Take Away with BYO tables. Free public Tennis courts (and basketball hoops) are across the road and a short walk into the town offers independent Cafes, Fish & Chips, bars & restaurants that are raved about n.b. note you might need to book in advance for some of the restaurants.
