The house is set on the banks of River lud, a shallow trout stream thats perfect for relaxing by, within a 5 minute walk of the town centre. The house compromises of 3 bedrooms/kitchen/dining room/living area/ bathroom and shower room. With off street parking for 2 to 3 cars. Within easy reach of Mablethorpe, Cleethorpes and Skegness beaches and many more.
