The house is a 6minute walk to the beach at the end of Ducie Avenue and a 5 minute walk to the High Street. Bembridge is situated on the most easterly point of the Isle of Wight, it boasts a stretch of coast line reaching from Bembridge Harbour to Wight Cliff Bay.
