*400 metres from the town centre * *The beach and pier is at the end of the road* *Free on road Parking* *Space for a baby cot / travel cot in main bedroom (Cots NOT provided) This property is a few minutes walk along the affluent tree lined road towards the award winning beach and town centre off Lytham St Annes. The victorian property as been fully renovated back to brick with full electrical rewire ensuring safety of every guest.The property as a garden and garage with of course free WiFi and netflix smart tv. The full apartment comes with a mixture of parquet ,laminate and carpeted flooring and features a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and fridge freezer and the bathroom as a mains fed power shower over the bath and a hairdryer. Instagram - airbnblytham The key works on a key box code and also as a security camera above the front door for everyones safety facing outwards.
After a full working life in the customer care industry and ensuring everyone is happy with the service. My family decided to become a short stay host and here it is our first property. I am well known throughout the area for my knowledge and honesty so you will never be stuck or ignored with a reservation with us. Im a keen sportsman and hiker to the lake district which is less than an hour away from the property, if this is your thing i am always available to give you routes.
St Annes Road East is one of many very affluent roads within the area. The town centre is packed with local shops,restauarnts ,cafes and fabulous walks along the sea front or on the beach Of course we have lytham and fairhaven just down the road as well all within walking distance but how can we forget the various golf courses all with in the town.
