Dating from the early 19th century, the apartment has been transformed to create a modern and contemporary space in the heart of St Andrews – the home of golf. The apartment is directly opposite the birthplace of Old Tom Morris, the ‘Grand Old Man of Golf’ and has dedicated drying room with tumble dryer and secure club storage. 138 North Street is a luxurious home from home with its modern open plan layout, underfloor heating throughout, two bedrooms with en suite shower rooms, fully equipped kitchen with range cooker, complimentary WiFi and Sonos music system.
