Only 400 metres from Estagnots swimming beaches in Seignosse, Cap Océan is set in a 3-hectare park. It features an outdoor swimming pool, a children’s playground and free Wi-Fi access in public areas. With terrace access, the bright and airy guest rooms offer views of the park. All have a private bathroom with walk-in shower, a fridge and a wardrobe. The property also offers self-catering mobile homes with a wooden terrace. A daily, buffet-style breakfast is provided at Cap Océan in July and August. The on-site restaurant serves local dishes, which can be enjoyed on the terrace in warmer weather.
