Vieille Ville - La Petite Maison à Safranier, based in a traditional 2 storey old French townhouse of the 18th century, offers accommodation FOR NON-SMOKERS in the centre of Antibes old town. It has a separate entrance with a gate from a pedestrian street. On the raised 1st floor it has a fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, microwave-oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and dining area for 4-6 people, a shower room with toilet and 1 bedroom with a 1.6m wide double bed. On the 2nd floor there is a comfortable living room with a flat screen TV with international channels and Netflix, and a sitting area with electric chimney. The sofa bed here can be used as a sleeping place for 1-2 children up to 14 yo or 1 adult. The 2nd bedroom is also on the 2nd floor (can be either with a 1.6m wide double bed or 2 single ones, let us know in advance what you need). All rooms are equipped with modern radiators and have individual air-conditioning. Both bedrooms overlook a small pedestrian street, the kitchen and the living room have a view of part of the old town wall and a street with limited transport access. MAX CAPACITY =6: 4 ADULTS+2 KIDS /3 ADULTS+3 KIDS /2 ADULTS+up to 4 KIDS. Children 16 yo plus are consideted as adults. We have another property - Luca's Apartment, with 1 bedroom - at n2 Rue du Docteur Rostan, Antibes - 2 adults, 2 children max capacity - just in case - WELCOME )
We live in old Antibes, 10 min walking distance from the house, love France and this town and use our travel experience with our kids to make this property comfortable for our guests. We made significant improvements during the recent renovation and added a lot of comfort whilst keeping the character of an old Antibes' house. The location is great and the atmosphere of this cozy and well planned layout are very promising for our guests. Welcome ) In your eservation is for 2 adults, please let us know in advance if you need one or two bedrooms. Please indicate the real number of guests while making your reservation, otherwise the final price will not be calculated correctly by the system and you will need to pay the difference at check-in. Additional person adds 10 eur/night + 2.01 eur city tax. We meet our guests by the entrance of the townhouse when they arrive, please inform us about your arrival time in advance. The townhouse is situated in Antibes' historical area of Safranier, within 300 metres of the Picasso Museum, steps from Gravette Beach, Port Vauban, 15 min walking distance to Fort Carré, close to restaurants and shops. Safranier, with its narrow and quiet, mostly pedestrian streets, is the real pearl of the old town. NETFLIX is available (you can use either our account or yours). Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is 12 km from the property and is accessible by Express bus 82 or by regular bus 200 (Cannes - Nice) or by taxi or Uber or by train (shuttle bus from both terminals is available). Train and bus stations are a 15 min walk from the apartment. If you travel by car, it is possible to come closer to the townhouse by car for check-in / check-out, please use n1 Place du Safranier for your navigation (access from the side of Boulevard Albert 1) You can park the car at paid parking Q-Park Port d'Antibes, 7-10 min walking distance, 750m. On-line reservation in advance for multi-pass - 20 EUR/24H, for 2+ days reduced tariff. Parking at Port Vauban can also be an option. or at Free of charge parking at Av du 11 Novembre in 15 min walking distance, shuttle bus is available to the town centre.
