The apartment is new, type T5 (115 m2), quiet and bright and you will have 75 M2 for you. It is suitable for people with disabilities as well as access to housing. You benefit from your master suite (bedroom and bathroom, the toilet are separate) with closet and wardrobe (hangers). The bedding is brand new (Simmons brand mattress). You have 2 pillows. There are 2 extra pillows. Sheets, duvet cover, pillowcases and towels are provided. Also, you have a hair dryer available. In addition, you have an iron and its table as well as a safe in your room. You have your own toilet with hand wash. You can close your room with a key. The shutters are electric. Your room is located on the courtyard side with a view of the garden. You have in the room at your disposal: the city map, the tram and bus map, the events to do... A table and 2 chairs are at your disposal on the terrace to eat in complete privacy if you wish. You benefit from a kitchen shared with me, fully equipped with induction hob, microwave, oven, Nespresso, kettle and dishwasher. You have at your disposal: plates, bowls, mugs, cups, cutlery, pots, pans, oil, salt, pepper... You have coffee, tea and herbal tea available. You have a toaster and a citrus press. You have stemmed glasses to enjoy a good Bordeaux wine. You have a fridge and refrigerator just for you. You have fiber optics and therefore you benefit from fast WIFI everywhere in the accommodation. I will give you the WiFi Codes as soon as you arrive and they are noted in your room. The accommodation is ideally located in Bordeaux, a 10-minute walk from all the emblematic sites (see my guide). You are close to the city center, trams A, B, C and D, the SNCF Saint-Jean train station, local shops (supermarkets, bakeries, tobacco bars, pharmacies, dental offices, doctors, etc.) and docks. My car at your disposal during your stay, I can make it available to you. Thus, you can rent it via a site (security at the level of insurance) with an attractive price. My car is a C4 PICASSO 7-seater from 2016, manual gearbox with GPS, air conditioning, reversing radar, rear camera, start and stop... It is parked in the building and you have your place in the secure car park. You have tram B 10 minutes away (place de la Victoire stop) on foot which takes you to the quays of Bordeaux to the Cité du Vin via the Place du Grand Théâtre, the Aquitaine museum and the city center . Tram C (Sainte Croix stop), which arrives at Saint Jean station, is 5 minutes away and goes to the Matmut Atlantique stadium via the Porte de Bourgogne, the Flèche Saint-Michel, the Porte Cailhau, the Place de the Stock Exchange, the water mirror, the Place des Quinconces, the Parc Bordelais and Bordeaux lake (commercial area).
