The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet, with many typical Bordeaux shops (stone houses, semi-detached, often on the first floor). We are less than 200m from a grocery store open until 10pm, a lidl next to the streetcar station, and close to all amenities: bakery, restaurants, pharmacy, tobacco, butcher shop and 5min from the large shopping center Bordeaux Lac. The Cité du Vin is only 3 streetcar stations away. Parking is very easy in the area, and especially free in the street (do not park in front of the gate). Only 300m from the "Brandenbourg" streetcar (line B) and bus n°9 (100m), this easy access will allow you to reach the historical center of Bordeaux in 15min or access the train station. The bus n°9 allows you to reach the St Jean train station directly, passing by the boulevards. The bus 76 goes to Parempuyre. The Bordeaux airport located in Mérignac is 18 minutes away by car or 50 minutes by public transport. Traffic amplitude of the streetcar 5am to 11:55pm (12:55am on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays) Frequency 4 to 6 mn (Sat : morning 10 to 15 mn - afternoon: 5mn / Sun : morning 10 to 20mn - afternoon: 7 to 8mn)
