The residence “Les Balcons de Pralong” is a charming building in a quiet area of Courchevel 1850. Located approximately 2km from the center of the resort, the stylish and unique apartments in the building benefit from an ideal location right by the slopes. Exceptional sunlight, stunning views: you name it. Within Les Balcons de Pralong, you can find two modern 3-bedroom and 3-bathroom apartments designed with taste, Mirador 1850 A and Mirador B, of respectively 129 sqm and 95 sqm. Both properties feature two double beds as well as two single beds, sleeping comfortably 6 people. What really set them apart is the amazing open views on the slopes and the spacious terrace. located on the ground floor, all you have to do is literally put on your skis and off you go. Needless to say that each property offers everything you need for your stay: a fully equipped kitchen, linen, towels, toiletries in every bathroom, and much more. A fireplace, a smart TV box and yoga mats are also at your disposal. Last but not least, the following amenities are available in the building: a private garage and a community garden. The home truths: - No daily cleaning included. - One of the bedrooms is a blind room which opens on the corridor of the apartment. - One weakness of the location is that while it is great for skiing, it takes 15 to 20 minutes to walk to town.

The apartment is on the ground floor of Les Balcons de Pralong, a residential building ideally located next to the “Pralong” 6-person chairlift, which gives easy access to the Les Trois Vallees, and the two lifts for Altiport green slopes are at the apartment’s doorstep, which makes this apartment the perfect choice for a ski-in/ski-out experience for both expert and beginner skiers. We offer private transfers to and from Geneva and Lyon airports upon request. Bus stops for public transport nearby.
