In the heart of the 4th arrondissement, this beautiful 46 m² apartment has all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay in Paris. Sleeping up to 4 people, it's ideal for a couple. Enjoy your stay! :) ## Logement Located on the 3rd floor without elevator, the accommodation comprises: - bedroom with double bed ; - a shower room ; - a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen ; - and a lounge area with a sofa bed for relaxing after a day out. You'll particularly appreciate its brightness and location. During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Fan. The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The apartment is close to subway line 7. You'll find a "Carrefour Express" supermarket at the foot of the building for your everyday needs. Please note that my property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Places of interest near the apartment: - Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral, 8 minutes' walk away; - Sainte-Chapelle 13 minutes away; - Panthéon and Centre Pompidou 14 minutes away; - the Place de la Bastille is a 15-minute walk away; and much more...
